    A detailed individualised nutrition plan tailored towards your goals, needs, and preferences. Including training nutrition and supplement advice, where relevant.

    Recipes that fit your needs and preferences, as well as easy meal and snack ideas.

    Knowledge on how to eat to nourish, fuel and support your body, improve recovery and optimise your performance, both in training and daily life!

    Guidance and support to help you build a more positive relationship with your food, exercise and your body.

  • A 30 minute 1:1 review session via Zoom to receive ongoing support, accountability and guidance with your nutrition and health goals.

    We will discuss your progress, problem solve any challenges and barriers that come up, make adjustments to your nutrition plan and continue making changes towards moving forward with how you fuel your body!
