Hi, I’m Nina.

A degree-qualified Nutritionist, Sports Nutritionist, and CrossFit trainer based in Sunny Western Australia. I specialise in sports and performance nutrition, disordered eating recovery, and plant-based diets - combining science-backed strategies with real-life experience to help my clients fuel better, feel stronger, and thrive in both training and everyday life.

Originally from Switzerland, I’m now lucky to call Australia home. I’m a total foodie (you’ll find plenty of wholesome, delicious recipes here), athlete, part-time blogger and recipe developer and I also live with type 1 diabetes.

My passion for nutrition was born from my own lived experience. After being diagnosed with T1D at a young age and competing in sport for most of my life, I became fascinated by the power of food. But that passion eventually spiraled into years of disordered eating. Through recovery, education, and support, I’ve rebuilt my relationship with food and today, I help others do the same.

I now work with clients all over the world, offering personalised coaching designed to optimise performance, build a healthier mindset, and simplify nutrition. Whether you're an athlete, a weekend warrior, or someone who just wants to feel better in your body. I’m here to help you cut through the noise, fuel smarter, and stop letting food be a source of stress.

My approach is evidence-based and fad-free. No detoxes. No rigid rules. Just honest, sustainable nutrition that fits your lifestyle and helps you achieve your goals with confidence and clarity.
