  • I’m an accredited Nutritionist and Sports Nutritionist with a Bachelor of Health Science (BHSc) in Nutritional and Dietetic Medicine, and a Graduate Certificate in Sports Nutrition.

    I’ve also completed additional training in sports nutrition, eating disorders, and health psychology — and hold a Certificate III in Fitness and CrossFit Level 1 Coaching Certificate. My approach blends both clinical expertise and real-world experience to give you the most effective, practical support.

  • Yes! If you’re located in Australia, most private health insurance providers offer rebates for both face-to-face and Telehealth consultations. Please check with your individual provider for eligibility and coverage.
