In our society, health has become so overcomplicated, while the prevalence of disordered eating only continues to rise. And at no surprise with all the confusion and conflicting information out there, together with the pressure to have that perfect body.

Somewhere along the way we've become so disconnected from our bodies that we have forgotten how to listen to our bodies, love and be kind to our bodies and take care of ourselves.

As a qualified nutritionist who's recovered from a severe eating disorder which almost cost me my life, I am here to help you. To guide you every step of the way towards health and wellbeing.

Through both my experiences and studies, I've learnt that health is so much more than just weight, shape and food, but a harmony between the body, mind and soul, which is what my philosophy is based on.

Nourishing the body through wholesome foods to fuel and nourish not only the body, but the soul too. For you can have the healthiest super-food diet in the world, if your relationship with food isn't in a positive place, then that isn't healthy.

And what is the point of it all if you aren't happy and feeling good within yourself?
